Our Association is comprised of 132 town homes on SE Village View Lane in Ankeny. This is a quiet neighborhood where families and pets are welcome. We’re located right on Delaware Avenue and convenient to everything!
The Ankeny school district is excellent; DMACC is located in town and areas are developing for growth throughout our city.

HOME OWNERS- Would you like to attend the next board meeting?
Please contact Cyndy at Knapp Properties or use the “Email the Board” link if you would like to attend the next board meeting.
1) Call Cyndy and ask to be put on the Agenda for the next Board meeting.
This can be done at any time. Once you have expressed your interest and topic of discussion, you will be contacted as soon as the meeting is scheduled. If for any reason you are unable to attend the meeting, your attendance and topic can either be moved to the next meeting or discussed using the information which you provided by phone or email.
2) Email the Board directly using the "Email The Board" button on this website.
You may use this option to send messages directly to the Board of Directors. Your Board is always pleased to hear any questions, concerns or constructive feedback which you may have. They will also accept requests to be added to the meeting Agenda. Every attempt is made to respond to these emails as soon as possible. Please be sure to include your unit #, telephone and/or email address so that response can be sent!
PLEASE NOTE that your Board members are volunteers and fellow neighbors which serve your Association. The quickest and most successful way to correspond is to contact Cyndy directly; Board members are not always available to check this site.
